Photography
We provide you with quality high definition photos within 1-2 business days. Includes 20-50* Color Corrected/ High Resolution Digital images available via Google Drive (Up to 2000 sq. ft. /Number of photos depends on the size of the house).
$200 (within 40 mile RT radius of El Sobrante CA or McDonough GA) a $50 travel fee will be added for homes located outside of the “travel area” for up to 60 miles RT, mileage will accrue thereafter at $0.64 roundtrip.
Aerial Photography & Videography via DRONE
High definition quality images provided via drone.
$ 250 for 5–10 aerial shots of the property
$ 350+ for 45-1.5 minute video *based on property size
Cinematography
Cinematic videos helps engage your potential buyers. Better showcase your homes and give buyers a different perspective.
-$200: 45 sec-1 minute highlight video
-$250: 2-3 minute highlight video
-$320: 3-5 minute highlight video
Best option for a large property or if the Realtor wants to introduce them self and the property.
